The new Hobby Plus 18P platform has an extensive list of features, such front and rear metal-geared portal axles for outstanding torque and best-in-class ground clearance. A new V3 ESC/RX delivers the buttery-smooth throttle response needed for the most challenging obstacles, while the integrated LED control system allows remote adjustment of high/low beam front headlights, taillights, brake lights, turn signals, backup lamps, hazard flashers and spotlight. Oversize (1.2”) internal beadlock wheels securely hold high-grip AT tires for maximum forward bite with optimized sidewall flex for traversing the toughest climbs.

The chassis design delivers superior geometry for extraordinary amounts of articulation while avoiding unwanted bump steer and delivers a best-in-class 45-degrees of steering travel and 80cm (32”) turning radius. The innovative gearbox and drivetrain deliver massive torque at low RPM for a finely controlled crawling experience, while the included LiPo battery delivers more than 40 minutes of run time per charge.

The retro-styled Rock Van includes a unique body mounting system that tilts forward and eliminates unsightly clips, while injection-molded grille, bumpers, mirrors, and wipers offer an impressive scale appearance with potential for additional personalized options.
