A PT boat (short for patrol torpedo boat) was a motor torpedo boat used by the United States Navy in World War II. It was small, fast, and inexpensive to build, valued for its maneuverability, speed, and lethality in coastal waters. In the USN they were organized in Motor Torpedo Boat Squadrons (MTBRONs).

Torpedoes Four Mk.13 torpedoes were standard ordnance on a motor torpedo boat. Detailed with molded and brass parts, these non-functional torpedoes are enough to ward off any foes.

Molded Hull The durable molded fiberglass hull is computer designed for scale accuracy and practical stability. With the included basic display stand, this functioning RC model also serves as an attractive desktop display!

Highly Detailed Details are found on every surface of the vessel, with several moving parts that can be manually positioned for display or when on patrol. The vessel arrives fully painted and ready for action.

Triple Motor Drive System Three 550 sized brushed electric motors propel this patrol boat to high speeds, accelerating to maximum speed from a standstill in less than three seconds! Three rudders ensure positive control authority at all times while the vessel is underway. Six molded “exhaust mufflers” accentuate the transom.

AA Guns A powerful 40mm Bofors gun dominates the vessel’s stern, and can be positioned upward for aircraft threats or downrange for surface targets.
